Doing things that make you happy keeps your body in a higher vibration. According to Dr. Gary Young, in his book, THE ESSENTIAL BEGINNINGS, the normal healthy cellular frequency range of the human body is 62-68 Hertz. Most diseases have a cellular frequency of 58 Hz or less. While it would be impossible to ALWAYS be happy, there are things we can do on a daily basis to raise our "happiness level."
*Understand that happiness is a choice, and is not determined by people, places, things or circumstances
*Make peace with the mind/be gentle with yourself
*Laugh daily (increases the "happy hormone", serotonin)
*Move the body through exercise, dance or sports activities at least 3-4 times per week for at least 15-30 minutes at a time
*Perform random acts of service and kindness
*Spend time in nature (Zenervention's personal favorite!)
*Connect with a heart-centered community/friends
*Create an environment that inspires and awakens joy (using beautiful fragrances, colors, textures)
*Clear out your clutter (clutter holds a low vibration)
*Release unrealistic expectations you've placed on yourself and others
*Focus on making yourself and you well-being an ultimate priority
*Express yourself freely in a healthy and positive way (no longer holding things in)
